How the impellers were made?

A thick tube of stainless steel was turned on our Wujiang VT-18L CNC lathe. there are two particular challenges on this project.

One was to machine a 1 mm thick bushing in the position signed in rightside drawing. This required a very low cutting volumn at every step to avoid deformation.

Second was to mill the blades. In ordert to ensure the accurance, they needed to mill from top to root carefully.
