EV motor housing

The aluminum housing is designed to house rotor part of motor — heart of a electric vehicle. Therefore it must conform to safety and performance concerns related to heat dissipation and smooth inner wall . The interior is hollow and easily accessible to allow for the installation of components.

Headlamp reflector

A headlamp can protect both vehicle and pedestrain at night, and a qualitied reflector can collection the light by every face to force them light the road. It’s not a easy job to process so many different faces precisionly. This reflector was processed by 5-axis CNC machining center from GROB, then electroplated in Langwei’s own surface treatment factory.
